I am writing to thank you, dear Alberita, for all the help you have been and the great tools you showed me to improve myself, find inner peace, gain balance and have confident control over my life. I have started to get up earlier every day for the past month, making time for my prayers, my affirmations and to meditate. The other day I spoke to a customer on the phone.

The lady was very upset about something that was no fault of mine nor the company and regardless of that I had went above and beyond to compensate and satisfy her anyway. Now at any other time this would have made me furious, my heart would have started racing, my breathing would have been labored trying to keep my words under control. I would have hung up angry and hurt.

This time, I had my own little miracle happen. When I noticed that I was getting upset I just told my self "be calm" - and I was, just like that. My heart was slowing back down to normal, I was able to be in control of the situation and handle it without a trace of anger or anxiety.

This is just one instance where my "mediation power" has helped me tremendously and every day I have another little miracle happening. Thank you Alberita !!
